What's next? With a prolonged economic downturn coupled with the loss of RDA, local government and developers need to pivot in order to continue to create the housing that is so vital to our communities. During this year's conference, join policymakers, elected officials, developers, staff, community members, and other stakeholders to discuss how to move forward after a perfect storm.

Conference attendees will hear from a panel of experts in morning and lunchtime plenaries. After each plenary session, workshops on a range of topics are offered. To end the day, conference attendees will get a chance to participate in technical working groups with their colleagues over dessert and coffee.

AICP credits will be offered for several sessions throughout the conference.
