The past 10 months have plainly demonstrated that in California, we need real reforms in the ways we fund critical programs, approve budgets, and levy taxes. California’s complex weave of fiscal requirements, budget restrictions and political ideology create a drastic impact on our ability to build and preserve affordable homes, and are a major threat to long-term economic and social stability. Can we resolve these challenges? Are we finally reaching a tipping point where real change has become a possibility? Join us for an important conversation on budget and revenue reform.
