What's happening with foreclosures in northern San Mateo County, and how can we respond?

This one-day event will provide information and resources to homeowners and borrowers who are facing foreclosure, or are hoping to take steps to prevent it. Topics will include budgeting, credit, the details of foreclosure process, how to work with your lender, and more.

Information will be provided by HUD-certified foreclosure-prevention specialists, and one-on-one counseling will be available. This event is a part of Affordable Housing Week, and is hosted buy the Housing Leadership Council, the Office of Supervisor Adrienne Tissier, EPA CANDO, The Office of Assemblyman Jerry Hill and others.

Featuring opening remarks by Congresswoman Jackie Speier, this event is free and open to the public.
