Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition today announced that Matt Franklin will succeed Fran Wagstaff as President of Mid-Pen upon her retirement at the end of June.
Matt is currently director of the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and is past Director of Housing and Community Development for the State of California.

Today I attended HLC member Project Sentinel's fair housing symposium. Project Sentinel is a non-profit agency "providing services to help people resolve housing problems," and is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency.
